The bistro

In an informal environment, the bar is a pleasant meeting place.

In the morning, its counter is clothed for the breakfast, where you can find freshly baked croissants and many homemade desserts: from the classic hazelnut cake, Sachertorte or fresh fruit pies, to more elaborate sweets like the molten chocolate cake with hazelnut mousse and coffee granita or the small apple and rosemary tarts.

When lunchtime approaches, the aperitifs become the real protagonists. Everyday skiers can choose among three different types of red wines, three white wines or three sparkling wines served by the glass and with appetizers.

For bigger groups, the wine and beer lists tickle Bacchus friends letting them choose among more than 100 labels.

There are about 30 seats, but sportspeople prefer standing around the four big tables in the centre.

The bar offers a showcase which displays sandwiches, focaccias and piadinas carefully prepared daily with fresh products.

At teatime, guests with a sweet tooth stop at our bar to treat their palates to a slice of cake served with a soft drink or a glass of the dessert wine of the day.

Thanks to its pavement (with free and comfortable deckchairs) our customers have the chance to relax in the sun and regain their forces at any time of the day.
