The dinner menu for Saturday, 22 February 2014


  • Welcome aperitif with sparkling wine and finger-food

  • Poached octopus, mashed purple smoked potatoes and parsley drops

  • Aubergine, ricotta cream and candied lemon millefeuille

  • Emmer wheat, sausage in red wine and thyme toma cheese

  • Seared sea bass fillet, broccoli puree and vegetables gremolada

  • Caramel crème brûlée, persimmon and currant sauce

  • Coffee 4810 served with our homemade pastries

The price of the dinner is 55 €. Wine and transport not included.
