  • Welcome aperitif with sparkling wine and finger-food

  • Thyme-marinated raw meat with winter salad

  • Puff pastry loaf, leek flan and marinated yolk

  • Whole wheat tagliatelle with spicy sausage and Trevisano chicory

  • Tub gurnard fillet with Mediterranean dressing and stuffed onion

  • Nougat semifreddo with persimmon sauce

  • Coffee 4810 served with our homemade pastries


The price of the dinner is 55 €. Wine and transport not included.
