La Société has become a very well-known reality in Aosta Valley and Italy. The staff is composed by internationally renowned professionals, as proved by the several invitations our chefs receive for events worldwide.
In October 2014, our chef Federico Fava was part of the team who cooked for champions such as Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, Gael Monfils, Marin Cilic, Jo Wilfried Tsonga and many more during the tennis ATP Masters in Shanghai, China (www.atpworldtour.com).
The same month, the other chef, Alessandro Capalbo, was invited for a culinary consultancy during the Week of Regional Italian Kitchen in Sao Paulo, Brazil (www.settimanacucinaitaliana.com.br). During this week, Alessandro conveyed the culture of the Italian cuisine working for the famous restaurant Piselli in Sao Paulo (www.piselli.com.br), awarded again in 2014 with the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
