MENU

  • Welcome aperitif with sparkling wine and finger-food

  • Duck carpaccio with mulberry sauce, fennel salad and goat cheese

  • Creamed corn with capers, anchovies and olives, coffee powder, brown bottom

  • Carnaroli rice with rabbit liver and sour stewed onions

  • Salmon fillet, chickpeas and tomato confit

  • Chestnut and chocolate millefeuille on 4810 cream

  • Coffee served with our homemade pastries

 

The price of the dinner is 55 €. Wine and transport not included.
