MENU

  • Welcome aperitif with sparkling wine and finger-food

  • Faked stuffed pepper

  • Beef rump in hazelnut breadcrumbs, mustard à l’ancienne and fresh leaves

  • Tagliatelle 48 yolks with blue cheese cream and Torrette-caramelised pears

  • Slice of roasted salmon with fava bean cream and candied lemon

  • Mandarin Bavarian cream, chocolate earth and fresh mint

  • Coffee 4810 served with our homemade pastries


The price of the dinner is 50 €. Wine and transport not included.
