  • Carnaroli rice with saffron, fresh cheese, raw and cooked lime-scented prawn

  • Black pudding and potato ravioli with Savoy cabbage, hazelnuts and burgundy truffle
    meat from the butchery Racchio, Fénis
    potatoes farmed in the Clavalité Valley

BARBERA D’ASTI TRE VIGNE – Vietti
