Russian New Year 2014

Our special dinner for the Russian New Year
Tuesday, 13 January 2015

  • Goblet of champagne with finger food

  • Crème brûlée of Aosta Blue cheese with apple and red fruits puree

  • Cherry wood smoked salmon with a velvet sauce of black rice, sour cream and chives

  • Ravioli in a three-meat bouillon with winter vegetables

  • Tournedos cooked with lard, porcini mushrooms sauté and mature toma cheese mousse

  • Exotic soup in transparency with candied hazelnuts

  • Coffee 4810 served with our homemade pastries


The price of the dinner is € 80 per person, including the transport from Pila via snowmobile. Drinks not included.

  • Carnaroli rice with Torrette reduction, lard veal carpaccio and toma cheese fondue

  • Cheek stew, star anise gravy and mashed potato

  • Martin Sec pear in red wine on a cinnamon crème anglaise
